Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announces a new Office of Outdoor Recreation for the state. The Bureau of Land Management has begun releasing guidance to implement their Public Lands Rule. Furthermore, the DOI announces a new conservation area; the Willamette Valley Conservation Area in Oregon.
