This week, CISA published a roadmap for policies to enhance the cybersecurity of artificial intelligence systems as the federal government moves towards enhanced adoption and deployment of AI systems. Furthermore, Senate HSGAC approved the nomination of Harry Coker to be the next National Cyber Director, sending the nomination to the Senate floor for a vote.

Furthermore, CISA published two new resources this week - an updated software security self-attestation form for entities involved in government procurement, as well as new guidance on business continuity amid a cyberattack. Meanwhile, the FCC released new materials for feedback on its new program to offer funding to K-12 entities for cyber resiliency.

Lastly, key lawmakers from the House and Senate introduced a CRA resolution for congressional disapproval of the SEC cyber incident disclosure rule.
