Cyber Report: June 30th, 2023

This week, White House ONCD and OMB released a joint memo outlining their top cyber priorities that they will be pursuing in FY2025. Furthermore, CISA published guidance on secure cloud business applications, DOD published cyber resources for the defense industrial base, and OCC released guidance of their own on cyber assessments for banks. Finally, the state of Iowa became the fourth state to enact legislation that would offer liability protections to entities that voluntarily implement requirements from industry-accepted cyber frameworks.
