Cyber Report: July 21st, 2023

This week, the White House published their first effort under their National Cyber Strategy Implementation Plan - a request for public input on how to enhance cyber regulatory harmonization. Furthermore, the FCC released information on their highly anticipated cyber labeling program, and the SEC is set to consider their incident reporting rule during an open meeting next week. There was also new movement on artificial intelligence, zero trust architectures, data privacy, and more.
