Cyber Report: August 4th, 2023

On Monday this week, the Biden administration published their highly anticipated National Cyber Workforce & Education Strategy, laying out their key initiatives to bolster the workforce necessary to ensure American cyber leadership. Furthermore, top Republican leaders of the House Oversight Committee sent letters to the Departments of State and Commerce to investigate recent data breaches.

Lastly, the FCC announced a notice of inquiry on the Border Gateway Protocol and CISA unveiled a new focus on open source software security.
